2015-16 Calendar Options to Consider

The District Calendar Committee met Thursday, November 6, 2014 to begin the process of recommending an academic calendar for the 2015-16 school year. PARENTS: Internet Safety Links & Information

Internet safety for kids requires a partnership between parents, guardians and schools. Students have access to many devices and online resources at school, at home, and with friends. The BGISD Technology Department has collected several links and handouts to assist parents with tips and conversation starters to ensure online safety for all.

STUDENTS: Share Info about Digital Citizenship and Win!

What do you believe is important about digital citizenship? What do you want your friends to know about cyberbullying, texting, social media, online privacy, identity theft, intellectual property, etc?
