Bowling Green Junior High School

BGJHS Dance Team Tryouts will be held during the week of May 20th.  Students interested in trying out for the dance team must attend both tryout clinics on May 20th from 3:00-4:30 p.m. and May 21st from 3:00-4:30 p.m. in the auditorium. Tryouts will be held Wednesday, May 23rd from 3:00-4:30 p.m. in the auditorium.  **MUST ATTEND BOTH CLINIC DAYS IN ORDER TO TRYOUT**

Students should wear athletic wear you can move in, jazz shoes or tennis shoes.

The 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony will be held on May 23rd at 8:00 a.m. in the BGJHS auditorium.  Parking is available in the soccer parking lot.  Please note this time change on your calendars.

• May 22:  8th Grade Field Day
• May 22:  8:00 a.m. 7th Grade Awards Ceremony
• May 22:  1:15 p.m. 6th Grade Awards Ceremony
• May 23: 8:00 a.m.  8th Grade Promotion Ceremony
  Report Cards will be given to 6th and 7th grade students after 10:00 a.m.

BGJHS football practice for the 2013-14 season will begin in the morning on July 15, 2013 and will run Monday through Friday until school starts.  Practice will be held from 8:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. each day.

A football packet with required forms to turn in to Coach Taylor was handed out to all boys interested in playing football on Monday, May 13th.  The packet may also be downloaded below.

School Bricks are on sale for parents interested in purchasing them for their student or alumnus.  The cost is $40.00 and includes engraving (max. 30 characters) and  placement in the BGJHS Auditorium Entrance Walkway.
