Welcome to RTI Reading!! I am excited to be teaching RTI Reading again this year! Let me take this time to tell you a little about myself. I am married and have two children, and have one grandchild and another on the way.Casey and Rachel. Casey graduated from UK in 2009, and is now a Pubic Relations officer with Link-Belt , in Lexington, KY. Casey is engaged and will marry on September, 28, 2013. Rachel will be a Senior at Bowling Green High this fall. My husband is retired from The Kentucky State Police and is currently working with the Warren County Sheriff's department. I enjoy time with my family and treasure our opportunities to all be together.
This fall at T.C. Cherry will be my twentith year teaching. At one time or another I have taught kindergarten thru fourth grade. I have a Masters Degree in Literacy, my Rank I in Elementary Education, and am Nationally Board Certified in Early Childhood Education. I value education for my students as well as for myself. I believe that every day is a new opportunity to learn. I can't wait to learn and grow with your child!
