Behavior Management System

Mrs. Tidball’s Rewards & Consequences
2016-2017
Behavior will tracked using the on-line program, DOJO. You will need to sign up for this program. There is an APP that you can get on your phone that will notify when you child recieves or loses points. It is also the best way to communicate with all of your child's teachers.

In math class, all three grade levels will follow the clip-up/clip-down behavior system. At the end of the day, depending on the color they land, I will enter their behavior points for math.

If, at any time, you have any questions or concerns about your child's DOJO account please contact their teacher.

LUNCH CLUB- Students who return their completed homework on the assigned due date will be allowed to eat in the classroom on Friday.

OTHER CONSEQUENCES- When students are struggling following the rules or being kind to others they may be required to spend 5 minutes in time-out or sit in a desk alone during the rest of the activity. Lunch Detention (students sit at a desk, alone, to eat their lunch) is another consequence.

School-Wide "Sharpen the Saw" Reward- Each month the students who have met their homeroom's homework policy, have 80% positive Dojos, and zero office referrals will attend a fun activity. There will be a variety of activities that will be able to choose from!
