Breakthrough to Literacy (BTL) is a reading program that utilizes both the computer and group instruction. Students will have 20 minutes on the computer four days a week to enhance their reading instruction. Students will complete lessons on the computer that are designed specifically for them. BTL also incorporates a group lesson that is based upon Bloom's Taxonomy. The group lesson helps students to analyze the books as well as build their critical thinkingskills.
