Fant Named Mr. Football & Kevin Wallace AP Coach of the Year

Bowling Green senior receiver Nacarius Fant was named 2013 Kentucky Mr. Football and Coach Kevin Wallace earned the AP Coach of the year, as announced by The Associated Press on Thursday, January 2. Fant is the first BGHS player to earn the Mr. Football title. 

Nacarius Fant's career includes the 44-0 record and three straight 5A KHSAA State Championships. He holds every BGHS single-game, single-season, and career receiving record and has verbally committed to play football for Western Kentucky University 

Coach Kevin Wallace currently holds the longest winning streak in Kentucky and the third longest streak in KHSAA history. In the past 10 seasons, BGHS has gone 113-16. Wallace has won 14 district, 8 regional, and three state championships. He's 20th on the KHSAA's list of career wins with 249.
