The BGISD Foundation, Inc. provides opportunities for Alumni and Friends to give back to Bowling Green City Schools. Share your Purple Pride by:
Mentoring a student.
All five Bowling Green Elementary Schools and Bowling Green Junior High have mentoring programs which allow community members to make a difference in a child's life. By participating in the Mentoring Program, you help build a positive relationship by visiting the school for at least 20 minutes twice monthly.
Participating in the Speakers Bureau.
The BGISD Foundation Speakers Bureau provides opportunities for Alumni & Friends to share life experiences with students. Speaking arrangements may be conducted in person or via the internet using Skype. Schools are seeking volunteers to speak on the following topics:
Participating in the BGHS Alumni Association.
Do you have a reunion or class event you would like to promote?
Has your contact information in the directory changed?
Would you like to nominate someone to the BGHS Hall of Honor?
