Bowling Green Junior High is proud to announce eighteen eighth grade students have successfully completed the OSHA 10 hour general industry safety and health training. The students are taught by Industrial Maintenance Teacher David Loveland.
OSHA training for general industry is designed for employees in settings such as health care, factory operations, warehousing, and manufacturing. The training covers a wide range of occupational hazards, including risks related to walking and working surfaces, materials handling, bloodborne pathogens, fires, machinery and more. The certification does not expire and is a common requirement for employment in many industries.
