Bowling Green City Schools will offer meal deliveries once per week on Thursdays beginning May 28 through July 30. Deliveries will include seven breakfasts, seven lunches, and one half gallon of milk per child. Open meal sites will be available three days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. May 26 - July30. Any child 18 years of age or younger is able to receive the meals. Children do not have to be present to receive meals.

Entrance to the school is prohibited. Meals will be received on the sidewalk outside of the kitchen area.
Meal Service Bus Delivery: Times will vary.
BGISD will continue to deliver through bus routes on Thursdays each week. For those not on the bus routes, drive thru or pick-ups can be made at the meal service sites. For questions about meal service delivery times, please contact 270.746.2200.
To receive meals:
- The child or parent will need to stand approximately 10 feet away from a staff member on the bus or at the site.
- Indicate how many meals are needed.
- Both families and BGISD team members must continue to practice social distancing.
- Food items will be placed on a table, cart, sidewalk, trunk of car, etc. for the families to pick up reducing contact.
